Psalms 37

לְדָוִ֨ד אַל תִּתְחַ֥ר בַּמְּרֵעִ֑ים אַל תְּ֝קַנֵּ֗א בְּעֹשֵׂ֥י עַוְלָֽה

to/for David · not · to be angry · in/at the doing evil · not · to envy · in/at doing · injustice

כִּ֣י כֶ֭חָצִיר מְהֵרָ֣ה יִמָּ֑לוּ וּכְיֶ֥רֶק דֶּ֝֗שֶׁא יִבּוֹלֽוּן

that · like/as the grass · haste · to circumcise · and like/as greenery of · grass · to be foolish

בְּטַ֣ח בַּֽ֭יהוָה וַעֲשֵׂה ט֑וֹב שְׁכָן אֶ֝֗רֶץ וּרְעֵ֥ה אֱמוּנָֽה

trust · in/at LORD · and do · good · dwell · land · and shepherd · fidelity

וְהִתְעַנַּ֥ג עַל יְהוָ֑ה וְיִֽתֶּן לְ֝ךָ֗ מִשְׁאֲלֹ֥ת לִבֶּֽךָ

and be delicate · upon · LORD · and to give · to/for you · petitions of · heart your

גּ֣וֹל עַל יְהוָ֣ה דַּרְכֶּ֑ךָ וּבְטַ֥ח עָ֝לָ֗יו וְה֣וּא יַעֲשֶֽׂה

roll · upon · LORD · way your · and trust · upon him · and he · to do

וְהוֹצִ֣יא כָא֣וֹר צִדְקֶ֑ךָ וּ֝מִשְׁפָּטֶ֗ךָ כַּֽצָּהֳרָֽיִם

and to go out · like/as the light · righteousness your · and judgment your · like/as the noon

דּ֤וֹם לַיהוָה֮ וְהִתְח֪וֹלֵ֫ל ל֥וֹ אַל תִּ֭תְחַר בְּמַצְלִ֣יחַ דַּרְכּ֑וֹ בְּ֝אִ֗ישׁ עֹשֶׂ֥ה מְזִמּֽוֹת

be silent · to/for LORD · and writhe · to/for him · not · to be angry · in/at prospering · way his · in/at man · doing · purposes

הֶ֣רֶף מֵ֭אַף וַעֲזֹ֣ב חֵמָ֑ה אַל תִּ֝תְחַ֗ר אַךְ לְהָרֵֽעַ

relax · from nose · and leave · wrath · not · to be angry · surely · to do evil

כִּֽי מְ֭רֵעִים יִכָּרֵת֑וּן וְקֹוֵ֥י יְ֝הוָ֗ה הֵ֣מָּה יִֽירְשׁוּ אָֽרֶץ

that · doing evil · to cut · and waiting · LORD · they · to inherit · land

וְע֣וֹד מְ֭עַט וְאֵ֣ין רָשָׁ֑ע וְהִתְבּוֹנַ֖נְתָּ עַל מְקוֹמ֣וֹ וְאֵינֶֽנּוּ

and still · few · and nothing · wicked · and to understand · upon · place his · and nothing him

וַעֲנָוִ֥ים יִֽירְשׁוּ אָ֑רֶץ וְ֝הִתְעַנְּג֗וּ עַל רֹ֥ב שָׁלֽוֹם

and poor · to inherit · land · and to be delicate · upon · multitude of · peace

זֹמֵ֣ם רָ֭שָׁע לַצַּדִּ֑יק וְחֹרֵ֖ק עָלָ֣יו שִׁנָּֽיו

devising · wicked · to/for the righteous · and gnashing · upon him · teeth his

אֲדֹנָ֥י יִשְׂחַק ל֑וֹ כִּֽי רָ֝אָ֗ה כִּֽי יָבֹ֥א יוֹמֽוֹ

Lord my · to laugh · to/for him · that · to see · that · to enter · day his

חֶ֤רֶב פָּֽתְח֣וּ רְשָׁעִים֮ וְדָרְכ֪וּ קַ֫שְׁתָּ֥ם לְ֭הַפִּיל עָנִ֣י וְאֶבְי֑וֹן לִ֝טְב֗וֹחַ יִשְׁרֵי דָֽרֶךְ

sword · to open · wicked · and to tread · bow their · to fall · poor · and needy · to slaughter · upright of · way

חַ֭רְבָּם תָּב֣וֹא בְלִבָּ֑ם וְ֝קַשְּׁתוֹתָ֗ם תִּשָּׁבַֽרְנָה

sword their · to enter · in/at heart their · and bows their · to break

טוֹב מְ֭עַט לַצַּדִּ֑יק מֵ֝הֲמ֗וֹן רְשָׁעִ֥ים רַבִּֽים

good · few · to/for the righteous · from tumult of · wicked · many

כִּ֤י זְרוֹע֣וֹת רְ֭שָׁעִים תִּשָּׁבַ֑רְנָה וְסוֹמֵ֖ךְ צַדִּיקִ֣ים יְהוָֽה

that · arms of · wicked · to break · and leaning · righteous · LORD

יוֹדֵ֣עַ יְ֭הוָה יְמֵ֣י תְמִימִ֑ם וְ֝נַחֲלָתָ֗ם לְעוֹלָ֥ם תִּהְיֶֽה

knowing · LORD · days of · complete · and inheritance their · to/for forever · to be

לֹֽא יֵ֭בֹשׁוּ בְּעֵ֣ת רָעָ֑ה וּבִימֵ֖י רְעָב֣וֹן יִשְׂבָּֽעוּ

not · to be ashamed · in/at time of · evil · and in/at days of · hunger · to be satisfied

כִּ֤י רְשָׁעִ֨ים יֹאבֵ֗דוּ וְאֹיְבֵ֣י יְ֭הוָה כִּיקַ֣ר כָּרִ֑ים כָּל֖וּ בֶעָשָׁ֣ן כָּֽלוּ

that · wicked · to perish · and enemy · LORD · like/as precious of · howdahs · to finish · in/at the smoke · to finish

לֹוֶ֣ה רָ֭שָׁע וְלֹ֣א יְשַׁלֵּ֑ם וְ֝צַדִּ֗יק חוֹנֵ֥ן וְנוֹתֵֽן

joining · wicked · and not · to be at peace · and righteous · being gracious · and giving

כִּ֣י מְ֭בֹרָכָיו יִ֣ירְשׁוּ אָ֑רֶץ וּ֝מְקֻלָּלָ֗יו יִכָּרֵֽתוּ

that · blessed him · to inherit · land · and light him · to cut

מֵ֭יְהוָה מִֽצְעֲדֵי גֶ֥בֶר כּוֹנָ֗נוּ וְדַרְכּ֥וֹ יֶחְפָּֽץ

from LORD · steps of · man · to be established · and way his · to delight in

כִּֽי יִפֹּ֥ל לֹֽא יוּטָ֑ל כִּֽי יְ֝הוָ֗ה סוֹמֵ֥ךְ יָדֽוֹ

that · to fall · not · to hurl · that · LORD · leaning · hand his

נַ֤עַר הָיִ֗יתִי גַּם זָ֫קַ֥נְתִּי וְֽלֹא רָ֭אִיתִי צַדִּ֣יק נֶעֱזָ֑ב וְ֝זַרְע֗וֹ מְבַקֶּשׁ לָֽחֶם

boy · to be · also · to be old · and not · to see · righteous · leaving · and seed his · seeking · bread

כָּל הַ֭יּוֹם חוֹנֵ֣ן וּמַלְוֶ֑ה וְ֝זַרְע֗וֹ לִבְרָכָֽה

all of · the day · being gracious · and joining · and seed his · to/for blessing

ס֣וּר מֵ֭רָע וַעֲשֵׂה ט֗וֹב וּשְׁכֹ֥ן לְעוֹלָֽם

turn aside · from evil · and do · good · and dwell · to/for forever

כִּ֤י יְהוָ֨ה אֹ֘הֵ֤ב מִשְׁפָּ֗ט וְלֹא יַעֲזֹ֣ב אֶת חֲ֭סִידָיו לְעוֹלָ֣ם נִשְׁמָ֑רוּ וְזֶ֖רַע רְשָׁעִ֣ים נִכְרָֽת

that · LORD · loving · judgment · and not · to leave · - · faithful one his · to/for forever · to keep · and seed of · wicked · to cut

צַדִּיקִ֥ים יִֽירְשׁוּ אָ֑רֶץ וְיִשְׁכְּנ֖וּ לָעַ֣ד עָלֶֽיהָ

righteous · to inherit · land · and to dwell · to/for perpetuity · upon her

פִּֽי צַ֭דִּיק יֶהְגֶּ֣ה חָכְמָ֑ה וּ֝לְשׁוֹנ֗וֹ תְּדַבֵּ֥ר מִשְׁפָּֽט

mouth of · righteous · to moan · wisdom · and tongue his · to speak · judgment

תּוֹרַ֣ת אֱלֹהָ֣יו בְּלִבּ֑וֹ לֹ֖א תִמְעַ֣ד אֲשֻׁרָיו

law of · God(s) his · in/at heart his · not · to slip · steps his

צוֹפֶ֣ה רָ֭שָׁע לַצַּדִּ֑יק וּ֝מְבַקֵּ֗שׁ לַהֲמִיתוֹ

keeping watch · wicked · to/for the righteous · and seeking · to die him

יְ֭הוָה לֹא יַעַזְבֶ֣נּוּ בְיָד֑וֹ וְלֹ֥א יַ֝רְשִׁיעֶ֗נּוּ בְּהִשָּׁפְטֽוֹ

LORD · not · to leave him · in/at hand his · and not · to be wicked him · in/at to judge him

קַוֵּ֤ה אֶל יְהוָ֨ה וּשְׁמֹ֬ר דַּרְכּ֗וֹ וִֽ֭ירוֹמִמְךָ לָרֶ֣שֶׁת אָ֑רֶץ בְּהִכָּרֵ֖ת רְשָׁעִ֣ים תִּרְאֶֽה

wait · to · LORD · and keep · way his · and to rise you · to inherit · land · in/at to cut · wicked · to see

רָ֭אִיתִי רָשָׁ֣ע עָרִ֑יץ וּ֝מִתְעָרֶ֗ה כְּאֶזְרָ֥ח רַעֲנָֽן

to see · wicked · awesome · and uncovering · like/as native · luxuriant

וַ֭יַּֽעֲבֹר וְהִנֵּ֣ה אֵינֶ֑נּוּ וָֽ֝אֲבַקְשֵׁ֗הוּ וְלֹ֣א נִמְצָֽא

and to pass over · and behold · nothing him · and to seek him · and not · to find

שְׁמָר תָּ֭ם וּרְאֵ֣ה יָשָׁ֑ר כִּֽי אַחֲרִ֖ית לְאִ֣ישׁ שָׁלֽוֹם

keep · perfect · and see · upright · that · latter end · to/for man of · peace

וּֽ֭פֹשְׁעִים נִשְׁמְד֣וּ יַחְדָּ֑ו אַחֲרִ֖ית רְשָׁעִ֣ים נִכְרָֽתָה

and rebelling · to destroy · together · latter end of · wicked · to cut

וּתְשׁוּעַ֣ת צַ֭דִּיקִים מֵיְהוָ֑ה מָֽ֝עוּזָּ֗ם בְּעֵ֣ת צָרָֽה

and salvation of · righteous · from LORD · refuge their · in/at time of · distress

וַֽיַּעְזְרֵ֥ם יְהוָ֗ה וַֽיְפַ֫לְּטֵ֥ם יְפַלְּטֵ֣ם מֵ֭רְשָׁעִים וְיוֹשִׁיעֵ֑ם כִּי חָ֥סוּ בֽוֹ

and to help them · LORD · and to escape them · to escape them · from wicked · and to save them · that · to seek refuge · in/at him
