Lemma is built and maintained by Godless Engineer — one person, not a company or an institution. There is no support desk and no contact form; there is an email address, and it reaches me directly.

Corrections to the text or the data
These are the most useful messages I get, and they are always welcome. Lemma renders hundreds of thousands of tagged words, and some of what it shows is our editorial work rather than the source's — the curated glosses, the constructed reading of a Hebrew word built from its prefixes and suffixes, the plain-English morphology. Those can be wrong in ways no upstream source can be blamed for.
If a gloss looks wrong, a parse looks wrong, a verse is broken, an attribution is misstated, or a link is dead, please say so. Include the page address and what you expected instead — that is usually enough to reproduce it in a minute. If you are correcting a lexical judgement, naming the lexicon or grammar you are reading from helps more than anything else.
Reusing the texts or the data
Most of what you want is probably not mine to grant, and is already freely available: every corpus Lemma ships is public domain or openly licensed, and each panel names its own source and license. The full roster is on Sources & licenses. If you want a source itself, going to that source is faster than going through me.

Supporter accounts and billing
Payments are handled entirely by Patreon; I never see a card number, and I cannot issue a refund or change a pledge on your behalf — those live in your Patreon account. What I can help with is the sign-in itself: if you are a supporter and the site still shows you ads, or the ★ Supporter control never appears, email me and say which tier you pledge at. Before you write
The FAQ answers most first questions — what an interlinear is, which texts and translations Lemma uses, why the Masoretic and Septuagint editions differ, how to enter a reference. The About page covers how the tool works and where its data comes from, and Privacy covers cookies, advertising and the Patreon sign-in.
Two honest expectations. First, this is one person's side project: I read everything, but a reply can take a while, and a correction may land in the data before it lands in your inbox. Second, Lemma does not accept guest posts, sponsored links, paid placements, or link exchanges, and does not publish outside contributions — pitches of that kind get no reply.
