Judges 13

וַיֹּסִ֨פוּ֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לַעֲשׂ֥וֹת הָרַ֖ע בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וַיִּתְּנֵ֧ם יְהוָ֛ה בְּיַד פְּלִשְׁתִּ֖ים אַרְבָּעִ֥ים שָׁנָֽה

and to add · sons of · Israel · to do · the evil · in/at eyes of · LORD · and to give them · LORD · in/at hand of · Philistines · forty · year

וַיְהִי֩ אִ֨ישׁ אֶחָ֧ד מִצָּרְעָ֛ה מִמִּשְׁפַּ֥חַת הַדָּנִ֖י וּשְׁמ֣וֹ מָנ֑וֹחַ וְאִשְׁתּ֥וֹ עֲקָרָ֖ה וְלֹ֥א יָלָֽדָה

and to be · man · one · from Zorah · from family of · the Danites · and name his · Manoah · and woman his · barren · and not · to bear

וַיֵּרָ֥א מַלְאַךְ יְהוָ֖ה אֶל הָאִשָּׁ֑ה וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלֶ֗יהָ הִנֵּה נָ֤א אַתְּ עֲקָרָה֙ וְלֹ֣א יָלַ֔דְתְּ וְהָרִ֖ית וְיָלַ֥דְתְּ בֵּֽן

and to see · messenger of · LORD · to · the woman · and to say · to her · behold · please · you · barren · and not · to bear · and to conceive · and to bear · son

וְעַתָּה֙ הִשָּׁ֣מְרִי נָ֔א וְאַל תִּשְׁתִּ֖י יַ֣יִן וְשֵׁכָ֑ר וְאַל תֹּאכְלִ֖י כָּל טָמֵֽא

and now · keep · please · and not · to drink · wine · and strong drink · and not · to eat · all of · unclean

כִּי֩ הִנָּ֨ךְ הָרָ֜ה וְיֹלַ֣דְתְּ בֵּ֗ן וּמוֹרָה֙ לֹא יַעֲלֶ֣ה עַל רֹאשׁ֔וֹ כִּֽי נְזִ֧יר אֱלֹהִ֛ים יִהְיֶ֥ה הַנַּ֖עַר מִן הַבָּ֑טֶן וְה֗וּא יָחֵ֛ל לְהוֹשִׁ֥יעַ אֶת יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל מִיַּ֥ד פְּלִשְׁתִּֽים

that · behold you · pregnant · and to bear · son · and razor · not · to go up · upon · head his · that · Nazarite of · God(s) · to be · the boy · from · the belly · and he · to profane · to save · - · Israel · from hand of · Philistines

וַתָּבֹ֣א הָאִשָּׁ֗ה וַתֹּ֣אמֶר לְאִישָׁהּ֮ לֵאמֹר֒ אִ֤ישׁ הָאֱלֹהִים֙ בָּ֣א אֵלַ֔י וּמַרְאֵ֕הוּ כְּמַרְאֵ֛ה מַלְאַ֥ךְ הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים נוֹרָ֣א מְאֹ֑ד וְלֹ֤א שְׁאִלְתִּ֨יהוּ֙ אֵֽי מִזֶּ֣ה ה֔וּא וְאֶת שְׁמ֖וֹ לֹֽא הִגִּ֥יד לִֽי

and to enter · the woman · and to say · to/for man her · to say · man of · the God(s) · to enter · to me · and sight his · like/as sight of · messenger of · the God(s) · fearing · exceedingly · and not · to ask him · where · from this · he · and - · name his · not · to make known · to/for me

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר לִ֔י הִנָּ֥ךְ הָרָ֖ה וְיֹלַ֣דְתְּ בֵּ֑ן וְעַתָּ֞ה אַל תִּשְׁתִּ֣י יַ֣יִן וְשֵׁכָ֗ר וְאַל תֹּֽאכְלִי֙ כָּל טֻמְאָ֔ה כִּֽי נְזִ֤יר אֱלֹהִים֙ יִהְיֶ֣ה הַנַּ֔עַר מִן הַבֶּ֖טֶן עַד י֥וֹם מוֹתֽוֹ

and to say · to/for me · behold you · pregnant · and to bear · son · and now · not · to drink · wine · and strong drink · and not · to eat · all of · uncleanness · that · Nazarite of · God(s) · to be · the boy · from · the belly · until · day of · death his

וַיֶּעְתַּ֥ר מָנ֛וֹחַ אֶל יְהוָ֖ה וַיֹּאמַ֑ר בִּ֣י אֲדוֹנָ֔י אִ֣ישׁ הָאֱלֹהִ֞ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר שָׁלַ֗חְתָּ יָבוֹא נָ֥א עוֹד֙ אֵלֵ֔ינוּ וְיוֹרֵ֕נוּ מַֽה נַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה לַנַּ֥עַר הַיּוּלָּֽד

and to pray · Manoah · to · LORD · and to say · please · Lord my · man of · the God(s) · which · to send · to enter · please · still · to us · and to throw us · what · to do · to/for the boy · the the borne

וַיִּשְׁמַ֥ע הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים בְּק֣וֹל מָנ֑וֹחַ וַיָּבֹ֣א מַלְאַךְ֩ הָאֱלֹהִ֨ים ע֜וֹד אֶל הָאִשָּׁ֗ה וְהִיא֙ יוֹשֶׁ֣בֶת בַּשָּׂדֶ֔ה וּמָנ֥וֹחַ אִישָׁ֖הּ אֵ֥ין עִמָּֽהּ

and to hear · the God(s) · in/at voice of · Manoah · and to enter · messenger of · the God(s) · still · to · the woman · and he · dwelling · in/at the field · and Manoah · man her · nothing · with her

וַתְּמַהֵר֙ הָֽאִשָּׁ֔ה וַתָּ֖רָץ וַתַּגֵּ֣ד לְאִישָׁ֑הּ וַתֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלָ֔יו הִנֵּ֨ה נִרְאָ֤ה אֵלַי֙ הָאִ֔ישׁ אֲשֶׁר בָּ֥א בַיּ֖וֹם אֵלָֽי

and to hasten · the woman · and to run · and to make known · to/for man her · and to say · to him · behold · to see · to me · the man · which · to enter · in/at the day · to me

וַיָּ֛קָם וַיֵּ֥לֶךְ מָנ֖וֹחַ אַחֲרֵ֣י אִשְׁתּ֑וֹ וַיָּבֹא֙ אֶל הָאִ֔ישׁ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ל֗וֹ הַאַתָּ֥ה הָאִ֛ישׁ אֲשֶׁר דִּבַּ֥רְתָּ אֶל הָאִשָּׁ֖ה וַיֹּ֥אמֶר אָֽנִי

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר מָנ֔וֹחַ עַתָּ֖ה יָבֹ֣א דְבָרֶ֑יךָ מַה יִּֽהְיֶ֥ה מִשְׁפַּט הַנַּ֖עַר וּמַעֲשֵֽׂהוּ

and to say · Manoah · now · to enter · words your · what · to be · judgment of · the boy · and work his

וַיֹּ֛אמֶר מַלְאַ֥ךְ יְהוָ֖ה אֶל מָנ֑וֹחַ מִכֹּ֛ל אֲשֶׁר אָמַ֥רְתִּי אֶל הָאִשָּׁ֖ה תִּשָּׁמֵֽר

and to say · messenger of · LORD · to · Manoah · from all · which · to say · to · the woman · to keep

מִכֹּ֣ל אֲשֶׁר יֵצֵא֩ מִגֶּ֨פֶן הַיַּ֜יִן לֹ֣א תֹאכַ֗ל וְיַ֤יִן וְשֵׁכָר֙ אַל תֵּ֔שְׁתְּ וְכָל טֻמְאָ֖ה אַל תֹּאכַ֑ל כֹּ֥ל אֲשֶׁר צִוִּיתִ֖יהָ תִּשְׁמֹֽר

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר מָנ֖וֹחַ אֶל מַלְאַ֣ךְ יְהוָ֑ה נַעְצְרָה נָּ֣א אוֹתָ֔ךְ וְנַעֲשֶׂ֥ה לְפָנֶ֖יךָ גְּדִ֥י עִזִּֽים

and to say · Manoah · to · messenger of · LORD · to restrain · please · - you · and to do · to/for face(s) your · kid of · female goats

וַיֹּאמֶר֩ מַלְאַ֨ךְ יְהוָ֜ה אֶל מָנ֗וֹחַ אִם תַּעְצְרֵ֨נִי֙ לֹא אֹכַ֣ל בְּלַחְמֶ֔ךָ וְאִם תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה עֹלָ֔ה לַיהוָ֖ה תַּעֲלֶ֑נָּה כִּ֚י לֹא יָדַ֣ע מָנ֔וֹחַ כִּֽי מַלְאַ֥ךְ יְהוָ֖ה הֽוּא

and to say · messenger of · LORD · to · Manoah · if · to restrain me · not · to eat · in/at bread your · and if · to do · burnt offering · to/for LORD · to go up her · that · not · to know · Manoah · that · messenger of · LORD · he

וַיֹּ֧אמֶר מָנ֛וֹחַ אֶל מַלְאַ֥ךְ יְהוָ֖ה מִ֣י שְׁמֶ֑ךָ כִּֽי יָבֹ֥א דבריך דְבָרְךָ֖ וְכִבַּדְנֽוּךָ

and to say · Manoah · to · messenger of · LORD · who · name your · that · to enter · words of · word of · and to be heavy you

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר לּוֹ֙ מַלְאַ֣ךְ יְהוָ֔ה לָ֥מָּה זֶּ֖ה תִּשְׁאַ֣ל לִשְׁמִ֑י וְהוּא פֶ֛לִאי

and to say · to/for him · messenger of · LORD · to/for what · this · to ask · to/for name my · and he · wonderful

וַיִּקַּ֨ח מָנ֜וֹחַ אֶת גְּדִ֤י הָעִזִּים֙ וְאֶת הַמִּנְחָ֔ה וַיַּ֥עַל עַל הַצּ֖וּר לַֽיהוָ֑ה וּמַפְלִ֣א לַעֲשׂ֔וֹת וּמָנ֥וֹחַ וְאִשְׁתּ֖וֹ רֹאִֽים

and to take · Manoah · - · kid of · the female goats · and - · the offering · and to go up · upon · the rock · to/for LORD · and being wonderful · to do · and Manoah · and woman his · seeing

וַיְהִי֩ בַעֲל֨וֹת הַלַּ֜הַב מֵעַ֤ל הַמִּזְבֵּ֨חַ֙ הַשָּׁמַ֔יְמָה וַיַּ֥עַל מַלְאַךְ יְהוָ֖ה בְּלַ֣הַב הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ וּמָנ֤וֹחַ וְאִשְׁתּוֹ֙ רֹאִ֔ים וַיִּפְּל֥וּ עַל פְּנֵיהֶ֖ם אָֽרְצָה

וְלֹא יָ֤סַף עוֹד֙ מַלְאַ֣ךְ יְהוָ֔ה לְהֵרָאֹ֖ה אֶל מָנ֣וֹחַ וְאֶל אִשְׁתּ֑וֹ אָ֚ז יָדַ֣ע מָנ֔וֹחַ כִּֽי מַלְאַ֥ךְ יְהוָ֖ה הֽוּא

וַתֵּ֤לֶד הָֽאִשָּׁה֙ בֵּ֔ן וַתִּקְרָ֥א אֶת שְׁמ֖וֹ שִׁמְשׁ֑וֹן וַיִּגְדַּ֣ל הַנַּ֔עַר וַֽיְבָרְכֵ֖הוּ יְהוָֽה
