Adjective: A word that describes or qualifies a noun.
Adverb: A word that modifies a verb, adjective, or other adverb.
Conjunction: A joining word (e.g. “and,” “but”) linking words or clauses.
Noun: A naming word — a person, place, thing, or idea.
Particle: A short function word — article, negation, interrogative, the sign of the direct object, and the like.
Preposition: A relational word (e.g. “in,” “to,” “from”) governing a noun.
Pronoun: A word standing in for a noun (“he,” “this,” “who”).
Verb: An action or state-of-being word.

Common: A common noun — a general class of person, place, or thing (“king,” “city,” “water”), not a specific name.

Sequential Imperfect: An imperfect with prefixed waw — the standard past-narrative form (waw-consecutive imperfect).
Imperative: A direct command (“write!”).
Participle: A verbal adjective — OSHB splits these into Active and Passive, and this option matches both.
Participle Active: A verbal adjective expressing ongoing or characteristic action (“writing / one who writes”).
Participle Passive: A verbal adjective expressing action received (“written”).
Infinitive: A verbal noun — OSHB splits these into Absolute and Construct, and this option matches both.

2nd Person: The one addressed (“you”).
3rd Person: The one spoken about (“he / she / it / they”).

Masculine: Grammatically masculine.
Feminine: Grammatically feminine.
Common: Either gender — not distinguished for this form.
Both: Attested as both masculine and feminine.

Singular: One.
Dual: Exactly two — for natural pairs and some measures of time.
Plural: More than one (in Hebrew, generally three or more).
