וַיֹּ֣אמֶר דָּוִ֔יד זֶ֣ה ה֔וּא בֵּ֖ית יְהוָ֣ה הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים וְזֶה מִּזְבֵּ֥חַ לְעֹלָ֖ה לְיִשְׂרָאֵֽל

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר דָּוִ֔יד לִכְנוֹס֙ אֶת הַגֵּרִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֖ר בְּאֶ֣רֶץ יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וַיַּעֲמֵ֣ד חֹֽצְבִ֗ים לַחְצוֹב֙ אַבְנֵ֣י גָזִ֔ית לִבְנ֖וֹת בֵּ֥ית הָאֱלֹהִֽים

and to say · David · to gather · - · the sojourners · which · in/at land of · Israel · and to stand · hewing · to hew · stones of · hewing · to build · house of · the God(s)

וּבַרְזֶ֣ל לָ֠רֹב לַֽמִּסְמְרִ֞ים לְדַלְת֧וֹת הַשְּׁעָרִ֛ים וְלַֽמְחַבְּר֖וֹת הֵכִ֣ין דָּוִ֑יד וּנְחֹ֥שֶׁת לָרֹ֖ב אֵ֥ין מִשְׁקָֽל

and iron · to/for multitude · to/for the nails · to/for doors of · the gates · and to/for the clamps · to be established · David · and bronze · to/for multitude · nothing · weight

וַעֲצֵ֥י אֲרָזִ֖ים לְאֵ֣ין מִסְפָּ֑ר כִּֽי הֵ֠בִיאוּ הַצִּֽידֹנִ֨ים וְהַצֹּרִ֜ים עֲצֵ֧י אֲרָזִ֛ים לָרֹ֖ב לְדָוִֽיד

and trees of · cedars · to/for nothing · number · that · to enter · the Sidonians · and the Tyrians · trees of · cedars · to/for multitude · to/for David

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר דָּוִ֗יד שְׁלֹמֹ֣ה בְנִי֮ נַ֣עַר וָרָךְ֒ וְהַבַּ֜יִת לִבְנ֣וֹת לַיהוָ֗ה לְהַגְדִּ֨יל לְמַ֜עְלָה לְשֵׁ֤ם וּלְתִפְאֶ֨רֶת֙ לְכָל הָ֣אֲרָצ֔וֹת אָכִ֥ינָה נָּ֖א ל֑וֹ וַיָּ֧כֶן דָּוִ֛יד לָרֹ֖ב לִפְנֵ֥י מוֹתֽוֹ

and to say · David · Solomon · son my · boy · and tender · and the house · to build · to/for LORD · to grow · to/for above toward · to/for name · and to/for glory · to/for all of · the lands · to be established · please · to/for him · and to be established · David · to/for multitude · to/for face(s) of · death his

וַיִּקְרָ֖א לִשְׁלֹמֹ֣ה בְנ֑וֹ וַיְצַוֵּ֨הוּ֙ לִבְנ֣וֹת בַּ֔יִת לַיהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל

and to call · to/for Solomon · son his · and to command him · to build · house · to/for LORD · God(s) of · Israel

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר דָּוִ֖יד לִשְׁלֹמֹ֑ה בנו בְּנִ֕י אֲנִי֙ הָיָ֣ה עִם לְבָבִ֔י לִבְנ֣וֹת בַּ֔יִת לְשֵׁ֖ם יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהָֽי

וַיְהִ֨י עָלַ֤י דְּבַר יְהוָה֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר דָּ֤ם לָרֹב֙ שָׁפַ֔כְתָּ וּמִלְחָמ֥וֹת גְּדֹל֖וֹת עָשִׂ֑יתָ לֹֽא תִבְנֶ֥ה בַ֨יִת֙ לִשְׁמִ֔י כִּ֚י דָּמִ֣ים רַבִּ֔ים שָׁפַ֥כְתָּ אַ֖רְצָה לְפָנָֽי

and to be · upon me · word of · LORD · to say · blood · to/for multitude · to pour · and battles · great · to do · not · to build · house · to/for name my · that · blood · many · to pour · land toward · to/for face(s) my

הִנֵּה בֵ֞ן נוֹלָ֣ד לָ֗ךְ ה֤וּא יִהְיֶה֙ אִ֣ישׁ מְנוּחָ֔ה וַהֲנִח֥וֹתִי ל֛וֹ מִכָּל אוֹיְבָ֖יו מִסָּבִ֑יב כִּ֤י שְׁלֹמֹה֙ יִהְיֶ֣ה שְׁמ֔וֹ וְשָׁל֥וֹם וָשֶׁ֛קֶט אֶתֵּ֥ן עַל יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל בְּיָמָֽיו

behold · son · bearing · to/for you · he · to be · man of · rest · and to rest · to/for him · from all of · enemy him · from round about · that · Solomon · to be · name his · and peace · and quietness · to give · upon · Israel · in/at days his

הֽוּא יִבְנֶ֥ה בַ֨יִת֙ לִשְׁמִ֔י וְהוּא֙ יִהְיֶה לִּ֣י לְבֵ֔ן וַאֲנִי ל֖וֹ לְאָ֑ב וַהֲכִ֨ינוֹתִ֜י כִּסֵּ֧א מַלְכוּת֛וֹ עַל יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל עַד עוֹלָֽם

עַתָּ֣ה בְנִ֔י יְהִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה עִמָּ֑ךְ וְהִצְלַחְתָּ֗ וּבָנִ֨יתָ֙ בֵּ֚ית יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר דִּבֶּ֥ר עָלֶֽיךָ

now · son my · to be · LORD · with you · and to prosper · and to build · house of · LORD · God(s) your · like/as which · to speak · upon you

אַ֣ךְ יִֽתֶּן לְּךָ֤ יְהוָה֙ שֵׂ֣כֶל וּבִינָ֔ה וִֽיצַוְּךָ֖ עַל יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְלִשְׁמ֕וֹר אֶת תּוֹרַ֖ת יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ

surely · to give · to/for you · LORD · prudence · and understanding · and to command you · upon · Israel · and to keep · - · law of · LORD · God(s) your

אָ֣ז תַּצְלִ֔יחַ אִם תִּשְׁמ֗וֹר לַעֲשׂוֹת֙ אֶת הַֽחֻקִּ֣ים וְאֶת הַמִּשְׁפָּטִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֨ר צִוָּ֧ה יְהוָ֛ה אֶת מֹשֶׁ֖ה עַל יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל חֲזַ֣ק וֶאֱמָ֔ץ אַל תִּירָ֖א וְאַל תֵּחָֽת

then · to prosper · if · to keep · to do · - · the statutes · and - · the judgments · which · to command · LORD · - · Moses · upon · Israel · strengthen · and be strong · not · to fear · and not · to be dismayed

וְהִנֵּ֨ה בְעָנְיִ֜י הֲכִינ֣וֹתִי לְבֵית יְהוָ֗ה זָהָ֞ב כִּכָּרִ֤ים מֵֽאָה אֶ֨לֶף֙ וְכֶ֗סֶף אֶ֤לֶף אֲלָפִים֙ כִּכָּרִ֔ים וְלַנְּחֹ֤שֶׁת וְלַבַּרְזֶל֙ אֵ֣ין מִשְׁקָ֔ל כִּ֥י לָרֹ֖ב הָיָ֑ה וְעֵצִ֤ים וַאֲבָנִים֙ הֲכִינ֔וֹתִי וַעֲלֵיהֶ֖ם תּוֹסִֽיף

and behold · in/at affliction my · to be established · to/for house of · LORD · gold · talents · hundred · thousand · and silver · thousand · thousand · talents · and to/for the bronze · and to/for the iron · nothing · weight · that · to/for multitude · to be · and trees · and stones · to be established · and upon them · to add

וְעִמְּךָ֤ לָרֹב֙ עֹשֵׂ֣י מְלָאכָ֔ה חֹצְבִ֕ים וְחָרָשֵׁ֥י אֶ֖בֶן וָעֵ֑ץ וְכָל חָכָ֖ם בְּכָל מְלָאכָֽה

and with you · to/for multitude · doing · work · hewing · and craftsmen of · stone · and tree · and all of · wise · in/at all of · work

לַזָּהָ֥ב לַכֶּ֛סֶף וְלַנְּחֹ֥שֶׁת וְלַבַּרְזֶ֖ל אֵ֣ין מִסְפָּ֑ר ק֣וּם וַעֲשֵׂ֔ה וִיהִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה עִמָּֽךְ

to/for the gold · to/for the silver · and to/for the bronze · and to/for the iron · nothing · number · rise · and do · and to be · LORD · with you

וַיְצַ֤ו דָּוִיד֙ לְכָל שָׂרֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לַעְזֹ֖ר לִשְׁלֹמֹ֥ה בְנֽוֹ

and to command · David · to/for all of · princes of · Israel · to help · to/for Solomon · son his

הֲלֹ֨א יְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶם֙ עִמָּכֶ֔ם וְהֵנִ֥יחַ לָכֶ֖ם מִסָּבִ֑יב כִּ֣י נָתַ֣ן בְּיָדִ֗י אֵ֚ת יֹשְׁבֵ֣י הָאָ֔רֶץ וְנִכְבְּשָׁ֥ה הָאָ֛רֶץ לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה וְלִפְנֵ֥י עַמּֽוֹ

עַתָּ֗ה תְּנ֤וּ לְבַבְכֶם֙ וְנַפְשְׁכֶ֔ם לִדְר֖וֹשׁ לַיהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֑ם וְק֗וּמוּ וּבְנוּ֙ אֶת מִקְדַּשׁ֙ יְהוָ֣ה הָֽאֱלֹהִ֔ים לְהָבִ֞יא אֶת אֲר֣וֹן בְּרִית יְהוָ֗ה וּכְלֵי֙ קֹ֣דֶשׁ הָֽאֱלֹהִ֔ים לַבַּ֖יִת הַנִּבְנֶ֥ה לְשֵׁם יְהוָֽה
