Ezekiel 19

וְאַתָּה֙ שָׂ֣א קִינָ֔ה אֶל נְשִׂיאֵ֖י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל

and you · lift · lamentation · to · chiefs of · Israel

וְאָמַרְתָּ֗ מָ֤ה אִמְּךָ֙ לְבִיָּ֔א בֵּ֥ין אֲרָי֖וֹת רָבָ֑צָה בְּת֥וֹךְ כְּפִרִ֖ים רִבְּתָ֥ה גוּרֶֽיהָ

and to say · what · mother your · lion · between · lions · to lie down · in/at midst of · young lions · to multiply · cubs her

וַתַּ֛עַל אֶחָ֥ד מִגֻּרֶ֖יהָ כְּפִ֣יר הָיָ֑ה וַיִּלְמַ֥ד לִטְרָף טֶ֖רֶף אָדָ֥ם אָכָֽל

and to go up · one · from cubs her · young lion · to be · and to learn · to tear · prey · man · to eat

וַיִּשְׁמְע֥וּ אֵלָ֛יו גּוֹיִ֖ם בְּשַׁחְתָּ֣ם נִתְפָּ֑שׂ וַיְבִאֻ֥הוּ בַֽחַחִ֖ים אֶל אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם

and to hear · to him · nations · in/at pit their · to seize · and to enter him · in/at the rings · to · land of · Egypt

וַתֵּ֨רֶא֙ כִּ֣י נֽוֹחֲלָ֔ה אָבְדָ֖ה תִּקְוָתָ֑הּ וַתִּקַּ֛ח אֶחָ֥ד מִגֻּרֶ֖יהָ כְּפִ֥יר שָׂמָֽתְהוּ

and to see · that · to wait · to perish · hope her · and to take · one · from cubs her · young lion · to put him

וַיִּתְהַלֵּ֥ךְ בְּתוֹךְ אֲרָי֖וֹת כְּפִ֣יר הָיָ֑ה וַיִּלְמַ֥ד לִטְרָף טֶ֖רֶף אָדָ֥ם אָכָֽל

and to walk · in/at midst of · lions · young lion · to be · and to learn · to tear · prey · man · to eat

וַיֵּ֨דַע֙ אַלְמְנוֹתָ֔יו וְעָרֵיהֶ֖ם הֶחֱרִ֑יב וַתֵּ֤שַׁם אֶ֨רֶץ֙ וּמְלֹאָ֔הּ מִקּ֖וֹל שַׁאֲגָתֽוֹ

and to know · widows his · and cities their · to lay waste · and to ruin · land · and fulness her · from voice of · roaring his

וַיִּתְּנ֨וּ עָלָ֥יו גּוֹיִ֛ם סָבִ֖יב מִמְּדִינ֑וֹת וַֽיִּפְרְשׂ֥וּ עָלָ֛יו רִשְׁתָּ֖ם בְּשַׁחְתָּ֥ם נִתְפָּֽשׂ

and to give · upon him · nations · round about · from provinces · and to spread out · upon him · net their · in/at pit their · to seize

וַֽיִּתְּנֻ֤הוּ בַסּוּגַר֙ בַּֽחַחִ֔ים וַיְבִאֻ֖הוּ אֶל מֶ֣לֶךְ בָּבֶ֑ל יְבִאֻ֨הוּ֙ בַּמְּצֹד֔וֹת לְמַ֗עַן לֹא יִשָּׁמַ֥ע קוֹל֛וֹ ע֖וֹד אֶל הָרֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל

and to give him · in/at the cage · in/at the rings · and to enter him · to · king of · Babylon · to enter him · in/at the sieges · for the sake of · not · to hear · voice his · still · to · mountains of · Israel

אִמְּךָ֥ כַגֶּ֛פֶן בְּדָמְךָ֖ עַל מַ֣יִם שְׁתוּלָ֑ה פֹּֽרִיָּה֙ וַֽעֲנֵפָ֔ה הָיְתָ֖ה מִמַּ֥יִם רַבִּֽים

mother your · like/as the vine · in/at blood your · upon · water(s) · planted · bearing fruit · and dense · to be · from water(s) · many

וַיִּֽהְיוּ לָ֞הּ מַטּ֣וֹת עֹ֗ז אֶל שִׁבְטֵי֙ מֹֽשְׁלִ֔ים וַתִּגְבַּ֥הּ קֽוֹמָת֖וֹ עַל בֵּ֣ין עֲבֹתִ֑ים וַיֵּרָ֣א בְגָבְה֔וֹ בְּרֹ֖ב דָּלִיֹּתָֽיו

and to be · to/for her · staffs of · strength · to · staffs of · ruling · and to be high · height his · upon · between · ropes · and to see · in/at height his · in/at multitude of · branches his

וַתֻּתַּ֤שׁ בְּחֵמָה֙ לָאָ֣רֶץ הֻשְׁלָ֔כָה וְר֥וּחַ הַקָּדִ֖ים הוֹבִ֣ישׁ פִּרְיָ֑הּ הִתְפָּרְק֧וּ וְיָבֵ֛שׁוּ מַטֵּ֥ה עֻזָּ֖הּ אֵ֥שׁ אֲכָלָֽתְהוּ

and to uproot · in/at wrath · to/for the land · to throw · and spirit of · the east · to dry up · fruit her · to tear away · and to dry up · staff of · strength her · fire · to eat him

וְעַתָּ֖ה שְׁתוּלָ֣ה בַמִּדְבָּ֑ר בְּאֶ֖רֶץ צִיָּ֥ה וְצָמָֽא

and now · planted · in/at the wilderness · in/at land of · drought · and thirst

וַתֵּצֵ֨א אֵ֜שׁ מִמַּטֵּ֤ה בַדֶּ֨יהָ֙ פִּרְיָ֣הּ אָכָ֔לָה וְלֹא הָ֥יָה בָ֛הּ מַטֵּה עֹ֖ז שֵׁ֣בֶט לִמְשׁ֑וֹל קִ֥ינָה הִ֖יא וַתְּהִ֥י לְקִינָֽה

and to go out · fire · from staff of · poles her · fruit her · to eat · and not · to be · in/at her · staff of · strength · staff · to rule · lamentation · he · and to be · to/for lamentation
