וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֱלִישָׁ֔ע שִׁמְע֖וּ דְּבַר יְהוָ֑ה כֹּ֣ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֗ה כָּעֵ֤ת מָחָר֙ סְאָֽה סֹ֣לֶת בְּשֶׁ֗קֶל וְסָאתַ֧יִם שְׂעֹרִ֛ים בְּשֶׁ֖קֶל בְּשַׁ֥עַר שֹׁמְרֽוֹן

and to say · Elisha · hear · word of · LORD · thus · to say · LORD · like/as the time · tomorrow · seah · fine flour · in/at shekel · and seahs · barley · in/at shekel · in/at gate of · Samaria

וַיַּ֣עַן הַשָּׁלִ֡ישׁ אֲשֶׁר לַמֶּלֶךְ֩ נִשְׁעָ֨ן עַל יָד֜וֹ אֶת אִ֣ישׁ הָאֱלֹהִים֮ וַיֹּאמַר֒ הִנֵּ֣ה יְהוָ֗ה עֹשֶׂ֤ה אֲרֻבּוֹת֙ בַּשָּׁמַ֔יִם הֲיִהְיֶ֖ה הַדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֑ה וַיֹּ֗אמֶר הִנְּכָ֤ה רֹאֶה֙ בְּעֵינֶ֔יךָ וּמִשָּׁ֖ם לֹ֥א תֹאכֵֽל

and to answer · the officer · which · to/for the king · leaning on · upon · hand his · - · man of · the God(s) · and to say · behold · LORD · doing · lattices · in/at the heaven(s) · to be · the word · the this · and to say · behold you · seeing · in/at eyes your · and from there · not · to eat

וְאַרְבָּעָ֧ה אֲנָשִׁ֛ים הָי֥וּ מְצֹרָעִ֖ים פֶּ֣תַח הַשָּׁ֑עַר וַיֹּֽאמְרוּ֙ אִ֣ישׁ אֶל רֵעֵ֔הוּ מָ֗ה אֲנַ֛חְנוּ יֹשְׁבִ֥ים פֹּ֖ה עַד מָֽתְנוּ

and four · men · to be · leprous · doorway of · the gate · and to say · man · to · friend his · what · we · dwelling · here · until · to die

אִם אָמַרְנוּ֩ נָב֨וֹא הָעִ֜יר וְהָרָעָ֤ב בָּעִיר֙ וָמַ֣תְנוּ שָׁ֔ם וְאִם יָשַׁ֥בְנוּ פֹ֖ה וָמָ֑תְנוּ וְעַתָּ֗ה לְכוּ֙ וְנִפְּלָה֙ אֶל מַחֲנֵ֣ה אֲרָ֔ם אִם יְחַיֻּ֣נוּ נִֽחְיֶ֔ה וְאִם יְמִיתֻ֖נוּ וָמָֽתְנוּ

וַיָּק֣וּמוּ בַנֶּ֔שֶׁף לָב֖וֹא אֶל מַחֲנֵ֣ה אֲרָ֑ם וַיָּבֹ֗אוּ עַד קְצֵה֙ מַחֲנֵ֣ה אֲרָ֔ם וְהִנֵּ֥ה אֵֽין שָׁ֖ם אִֽישׁ

and to rise · in/at the twilight · to enter · to · camp of · Aram · and to enter · until · end of · camp of · Aram · and behold · nothing · there · man

וַאדֹנָ֞י הִשְׁמִ֣יעַ אֶת מַחֲנֵ֣ה אֲרָ֗ם ק֥וֹל רֶ֨כֶב֙ ק֣וֹל ס֔וּס ק֖וֹל חַ֣יִל גָּד֑וֹל וַיֹּאמְר֞וּ אִ֣ישׁ אֶל אָחִ֗יו הִנֵּ֣ה שָֽׂכַר עָלֵינוּ֩ מֶ֨לֶךְ יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל אֶת מַלְכֵ֧י הַחִתִּ֛ים וְאֶת מַלְכֵ֥י מִצְרַ֖יִם לָב֥וֹא עָלֵֽינוּ

and Lord my · to hear · - · camp of · Aram · voice of · chariot · voice of · horse · voice of · strength · great · and to say · man · to · brother his · behold · to hire · upon us · king of · Israel · - · kings of · the Hittites · and - · kings of · Egypt · to enter · upon us

וַיָּקוּמוּ֮ וַיָּנ֣וּסוּ בַנֶּשֶׁף֒ וַיַּעַזְב֣וּ אֶת אָהֳלֵיהֶ֗ם וְאֶת סֽוּסֵיהֶם֙ וְאֶת חֲמֹ֣רֵיהֶ֔ם הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֖ה כַּאֲשֶׁר הִ֑יא וַיָּנֻ֖סוּ אֶל נַפְשָֽׁם

and to rise · and to flee · in/at the twilight · and to leave · - · tents their · and - · horses their · and - · donkeys their · the camp · like/as which · he · and to flee · to · soul their

וַיָּבֹאוּ֩ הַֽמְצֹרָעִ֨ים הָאֵ֜לֶּה עַד קְצֵ֣ה הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֗ה וַיָּבֹ֜אוּ אֶל אֹ֤הֶל אֶחָד֙ וַיֹּאכְל֣וּ וַיִּשְׁתּ֔וּ וַיִּשְׂא֣וּ מִשָּׁ֗ם כֶּ֤סֶף וְזָהָב֙ וּבְגָדִ֔ים וַיֵּלְכ֖וּ וַיַּטְמִ֑נוּ וַיָּשֻׁ֗בוּ וַיָּבֹ֨אוּ֙ אֶל אֹ֣הֶל אַחֵ֔ר וַיִּשְׂא֣וּ מִשָּׁ֔ם וַיֵּלְכ֖וּ וַיַּטְמִֽנוּ

וַיֹּאמְרוּ֩ אִ֨ישׁ אֶל רֵעֵ֜הוּ לֹֽא כֵ֣ן אֲנַ֣חְנוּ עֹשִׂ֗ים הַיּ֤וֹם הַזֶּה֙ יוֹם בְּשֹׂרָ֣ה ה֔וּא וַאֲנַ֣חְנוּ מַחְשִׁ֗ים וְחִכִּ֛ינוּ עַד א֥וֹר הַבֹּ֖קֶר וּמְצָאָ֣נוּ עָו֑וֹן וְעַתָּה֙ לְכ֣וּ וְנָבֹ֔אָה וְנַגִּ֖ידָה בֵּ֥ית הַמֶּֽלֶךְ

and to say · man · to · friend his · not · thus · we · doing · the day · the this · day of · good news · he · and we · being silent · and to wait · until · light of · the morning · and to find us · iniquity · and now · walk · and to enter · and to make known · house of · the king

וַיָּבֹ֗אוּ וַֽיִּקְרְאוּ֮ אֶל שֹׁעֵ֣ר הָעִיר֒ וַיַּגִּ֤ידוּ לָהֶם֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר בָּ֚אנוּ אֶל מַחֲנֵ֣ה אֲרָ֔ם וְהִנֵּ֥ה אֵֽין שָׁ֛ם אִ֖ישׁ וְק֣וֹל אָדָ֑ם כִּ֣י אִם הַסּ֤וּס אָסוּר֙ וְהַחֲמ֣וֹר אָס֔וּר וְאֹהָלִ֖ים כַּאֲשֶׁר הֵֽמָּה

and to enter · and to call · to · gatekeeper of · the city · and to make known · to/for them · to say · to enter · to · camp of · Aram · and behold · nothing · there · man · and voice of · man · that · if · the horse · bound · and the donkey · bound · and tents · like/as which · they

וַיִּקְרָ֖א הַשֹּֽׁעֲרִ֑ים וַיַּגִּ֕ידוּ בֵּ֥ית הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ פְּנִֽימָה

and to call · the gatekeepers · and to make known · house of · the king · within

וַיָּ֨קָם הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ לַ֗יְלָה וַיֹּ֨אמֶר֙ אֶל עֲבָדָ֔יו אַגִּֽידָה נָּ֣א לָכֶ֔ם אֵ֛ת אֲשֶׁר עָ֥שׂוּ לָ֖נוּ אֲרָ֑ם יָדְע֞וּ כִּי רְעֵבִ֣ים אֲנַ֗חְנוּ וַיֵּצְא֤וּ מִן הַֽמַּחֲנֶה֙ לְהֵחָבֵ֤ה בהשדה בַשָּׂדֶה֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר כִּֽי יֵצְא֤וּ מִן הָעִיר֙ וְנִתְפְּשֵׂ֣ם חַיִּ֔ים וְאֶל הָעִ֖יר נָבֹֽא

and to rise · the king · night · and to say · to · servants his · to make known · please · to/for you · - · which · to do · to/for us · Aram · to know · that · hungry · we · and to go out · from · the camp · to hide · in/at the field · in/at the field · to say · that · to go out · from · the city · and to seize them · living · and to · the city · to enter

וַיַּעַן֩ אֶחָ֨ד מֵעֲבָדָ֜יו וַיֹּ֗אמֶר וְיִקְחוּ נָ֞א חֲמִשָּׁ֣ה מִן הַסּוּסִים֮ הַֽנִּשְׁאָרִים֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִשְׁאֲרוּ בָהּ֒ הִנָּ֗ם כְּכָל ההמון הֲמ֤וֹן יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִשְׁאֲרוּ בָ֔הּ הִנָּ֕ם כְּכָל הֲמ֥וֹן יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל אֲשֶׁר תָּ֑מּוּ וְנִשְׁלְחָ֖ה וְנִרְאֶֽה

וַיִּקְח֕וּ שְׁנֵ֖י רֶ֣כֶב סוּסִ֑ים וַיִּשְׁלַ֨ח הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ אַחֲרֵ֧י מַחֲנֵֽה אֲרָ֛ם לֵאמֹ֖ר לְכ֥וּ וּרְאֽוּ

and to take · two · chariot · horses · and to send · the king · after · camp of · Aram · to say · walk · and see

וַיֵּלְכ֣וּ אַחֲרֵיהֶם֮ עַד הַיַּרְדֵּן֒ וְהִנֵּ֣ה כָל הַדֶּ֗רֶךְ מְלֵאָ֤ה בְגָדִים֙ וְכֵלִ֔ים אֲשֶׁר הִשְׁלִ֥יכוּ אֲרָ֖ם בהחפזם בְּחָפְזָ֑ם וַיָּשֻׁ֨בוּ֙ הַמַּלְאָכִ֔ים וַיַּגִּ֖דוּ לַמֶּֽלֶךְ

and to walk · after them · until · the Jordan · and behold · all of · the way · full · garments · and vessels · which · to throw · Aram · in/at to hurry them · in/at to hurry them · and to return · the messengers · and to make known · to/for the king

וַיֵּצֵ֣א הָעָ֔ם וַיָּבֹ֕זּוּ אֵ֖ת מַחֲנֵ֣ה אֲרָ֑ם וַיְהִ֨י סְאָה סֹ֜לֶת בְּשֶׁ֗קֶל וְסָאתַ֧יִם שְׂעֹרִ֛ים בְּשֶׁ֖קֶל כִּדְבַ֥ר יְהוָֽה

and to go out · the people · and to plunder · - · camp of · Aram · and to be · seah · fine flour · in/at shekel · and seahs · barley · in/at shekel · like/as word of · LORD

וְהַמֶּלֶךְ֩ הִפְקִ֨יד אֶת הַשָּׁלִ֜ישׁ אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁעָ֤ן עַל יָדוֹ֙ עַל הַשַּׁ֔עַר וַיִּרְמְסֻ֧הוּ הָעָ֛ם בַּשַּׁ֖עַר וַיָּמֹ֑ת כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר דִּבֶּר֙ אִ֣ישׁ הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר דִּבֶּ֔ר בְּרֶ֥דֶת הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ אֵלָֽיו

וַיְהִ֗י כְּדַבֵּר֙ אִ֣ישׁ הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים אֶל הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ לֵאמֹ֑ר סָאתַ֨יִם שְׂעֹרִ֜ים בְּשֶׁ֗קֶל וּֽסְאָה סֹ֨לֶת֙ בְּשֶׁ֔קֶל יִהְיֶה֙ כָּעֵ֣ת מָחָ֔ר בְּשַׁ֖עַר שֹׁמְרֽוֹן
