עַל מִשְׁמַרְתִּ֣י אֶעֱמֹ֔דָה וְאֶֽתְיַצְּבָ֖ה עַל מָצ֑וֹר וַאֲצַפֶּ֗ה לִרְאוֹת֙ מַה יְדַבֶּר בִּ֔י וּמָ֥ה אָשִׁ֖יב עַל תּוֹכַחְתִּֽי

upon · guard my · to stand · and to stand · upon · siege · and to keep watch · to see · what · to speak · in/at me · and what · to return · upon · rebuke my

וַיַּעֲנֵ֤נִי יְהוָה֙ וַיֹּ֔אמֶר כְּת֣וֹב חָז֔וֹן וּבָאֵ֖ר עַל הַלֻּח֑וֹת לְמַ֥עַן יָר֖וּץ ק֥וֹרֵא בֽוֹ

and to answer me · LORD · and to say · write · vision · and make clear · upon · the planks · for the sake of · to run · calling · in/at him

כִּ֣י ע֤וֹד חָזוֹן֙ לַמּוֹעֵ֔ד וְיָפֵ֥חַ לַקֵּ֖ץ וְלֹ֣א יְכַזֵּ֑ב אִם יִתְמַהְמָהּ֙ חַכֵּה ל֔וֹ כִּֽי בֹ֥א יָבֹ֖א לֹ֥א יְאַחֵֽר

that · still · vision · to/for the appointed time · and to breathe · to/for the end · and not · to lie · if · to delay · wait · to/for him · that · to enter · to enter · not · to delay

הִנֵּ֣ה עֻפְּלָ֔ה לֹא יָשְׁרָ֥ה נַפְשׁ֖וֹ בּ֑וֹ וְצַדִּ֖יק בֶּאֱמוּנָת֥וֹ יִחְיֶֽה

behold · to swell · not · to be right · soul his · in/at him · and righteous · in/at fidelity his · to live

וְאַף֙ כִּֽי הַיַּ֣יִן בּוֹגֵ֔ד גֶּ֥בֶר יָהִ֖יר וְלֹ֣א יִנְוֶ֑ה אֲשֶׁר֩ הִרְחִ֨יב כִּשְׁא֜וֹל נַפְשׁ֗וֹ וְה֤וּא כַמָּ֨וֶת֙ וְלֹ֣א יִשְׂבָּ֔ע וַיֶּאֱסֹ֤ף אֵלָיו֙ כָּל הַגּוֹיִ֔ם וַיִּקְבֹּ֥ץ אֵלָ֖יו כָּל הָעַמִּֽים

הֲלוֹא אֵ֣לֶּה כֻלָּ֗ם עָלָיו֙ מָשָׁ֣ל יִשָּׂ֔אוּ וּמְלִיצָ֖ה חִיד֣וֹת ל֑וֹ וְיֹאמַ֗ר ה֚וֹי הַמַּרְבֶּ֣ה לֹּא ל֔וֹ עַד מָתַ֕י וּמַכְבִּ֥יד עָלָ֖יו עַבְטִֽיט

הֲל֣וֹא פֶ֗תַע יָק֨וּמוּ֙ נֹשְׁכֶ֔יךָ וְיִקְצ֖וּ מְזַעְזְעֶ֑יךָ וְהָיִ֥יתָ לִמְשִׁסּ֖וֹת לָֽמוֹ

not · suddenness · to rise · biting you · and to awake · trembling you · and to be · to/for spoils · to/for them

כִּֽי אַתָּ֤ה שַׁלּ֨וֹתָ֙ גּוֹיִ֣ם רַבִּ֔ים יְשָׁלּ֖וּךָ כָּל יֶ֣תֶר עַמִּ֑ים מִדְּמֵ֤י אָדָם֙ וַחֲמַס אֶ֔רֶץ קִרְיָ֖ה וְכָל יֹ֥שְׁבֵי בָֽהּ

that · you · to plunder · nations · many · to plunder you · all of · remainder of · peoples · from blood of · man · and violence of · land · city · and all of · dwelling · in/at her

ה֗וֹי בֹּצֵ֛עַ בֶּ֥צַע רָ֖ע לְבֵית֑וֹ לָשׂ֤וּם בַּמָּרוֹם֙ קִנּ֔וֹ לְהִנָּצֵ֖ל מִכַּף רָֽע

alas · cutting off · unjust gain · evil · to/for house his · to put · in/at the height · nest his · to rescue · from palm of · evil

יָעַ֥צְתָּ בֹּ֖שֶׁת לְבֵיתֶ֑ךָ קְצוֹת עַמִּ֥ים רַבִּ֖ים וְחוֹטֵ֥א נַפְשֶֽׁךָ

to counsel · shame · to/for house your · to cut off · peoples · many · and sinning · soul your

כִּי אֶ֖בֶן מִקִּ֣יר תִּזְעָ֑ק וְכָפִ֖יס מֵעֵ֥ץ יַעֲנֶֽנָּה

that · stone · from wall · to cry out · and rafter · from tree · to answer her

ה֛וֹי בֹּנֶ֥ה עִ֖יר בְּדָמִ֑ים וְכוֹנֵ֥ן קִרְיָ֖ה בְּעַוְלָֽה

alas · building · city · in/at blood · and to be established · city · in/at injustice

הֲל֣וֹא הִנֵּ֔ה מֵאֵ֖ת יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֑וֹת וְיִֽיגְע֤וּ עַמִּים֙ בְּדֵי אֵ֔שׁ וּלְאֻמִּ֖ים בְּדֵי רִ֥יק יִעָֽפוּ

כִּ֚י תִּמָּלֵ֣א הָאָ֔רֶץ לָדַ֖עַת אֶת כְּב֣וֹד יְהוָ֑ה כַּמַּ֖יִם יְכַסּ֥וּ עַל יָֽם

ה֚וֹי מַשְׁקֵ֣ה רֵעֵ֔הוּ מְסַפֵּ֥חַ חֲמָתְךָ֖ וְאַ֣ף שַׁכֵּ֑ר לְמַ֥עַן הַבִּ֖יט עַל מְעוֹרֵיהֶֽם

alas · watering · friend his · joining · waterskin your · and also · to be drunk · for the sake of · to look · upon · nakedness their

שָׂבַ֤עְתָּ קָלוֹן֙ מִכָּב֔וֹד שְׁתֵ֥ה גַם אַ֖תָּה וְהֵֽעָרֵ֑ל תִּסּ֣וֹב עָלֶ֗יךָ כּ֚וֹס יְמִ֣ין יְהוָ֔ה וְקִיקָל֖וֹן עַל כְּבוֹדֶֽךָ

כִּ֣י חֲמַ֤ס לְבָנוֹן֙ יְכַסֶּ֔ךָּ וְשֹׁ֥ד בְּהֵמ֖וֹת יְחִיתַ֑ן מִדְּמֵ֤י אָדָם֙ וַחֲמַס אֶ֔רֶץ קִרְיָ֖ה וְכָל יֹ֥שְׁבֵי בָֽהּ

מָֽה הוֹעִ֣יל פֶּ֗סֶל כִּ֤י פְסָלוֹ֙ יֹֽצְר֔וֹ מַסֵּכָ֖ה וּמ֣וֹרֶה שָּׁ֑קֶר כִּ֣י בָטַ֞ח יֹצֵ֤ר יִצְרוֹ֙ עָלָ֔יו לַעֲשׂ֖וֹת אֱלִילִ֥ים אִלְּמִֽים

ה֣וֹי אֹמֵ֤ר לָעֵץ֙ הָקִ֔יצָה ע֖וּרִי לְאֶ֣בֶן דּוּמָ֑ם ה֣וּא יוֹרֶ֔ה הִנֵּה ה֗וּא תָּפוּשׂ֙ זָהָ֣ב וָכֶ֔סֶף וְכָל ר֖וּחַ אֵ֥ין בְּקִרְבּֽוֹ

וַֽיהוָ֖ה בְּהֵיכַ֣ל קָדְשׁ֑וֹ הַ֥ס מִפָּנָ֖יו כָּל הָאָֽרֶץ
