Ezekiel 9

וַיִּקְרָ֣א בְאָזְנַ֗י ק֤וֹל גָּדוֹל֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר קָרְב֖וּ פְּקֻדּ֣וֹת הָעִ֑יר וְאִ֛ישׁ כְּלִ֥י מַשְׁחֵת֖וֹ בְּיָדֽוֹ

and to call · in/at ears my · voice · great · to say · approach · visitations of · the city · and man · vessel of · ruin his · in/at hand his

וְהִנֵּ֣ה שִׁשָּׁ֣ה אֲנָשִׁ֡ים בָּאִ֣ים מִדֶּרֶךְ שַׁ֨עַר הָעֶלְי֜וֹן אֲשֶׁ֣ר מָפְנֶ֣ה צָפ֗וֹנָה וְאִ֨ישׁ כְּלִ֤י מַפָּצוֹ֙ בְּיָד֔וֹ וְאִישׁ אֶחָ֤ד בְּתוֹכָם֙ לָבֻ֣שׁ בַּדִּ֔ים וְקֶ֥סֶת הַסֹּפֵ֖ר בְּמָתְנָ֑יו וַיָּבֹ֨אוּ֙ וַיַּ֣עַמְד֔וּ אֵ֖צֶל מִזְבַּ֥ח הַנְּחֹֽשֶׁת

and behold · six · men · entering · from way of · gate of · the Most High · which · turned · north toward · and man · vessel of · shattering his · in/at hand his · and man · one · in/at midst their · clothed · linen · and inkpot of · the scribe · in/at loins his · and to enter · and to stand · beside · altar of · the bronze

וּכְב֣וֹד אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל נַעֲלָה֙ מֵעַ֤ל הַכְּרוּב֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר הָיָ֣ה עָלָ֔יו אֶ֖ל מִפְתַּ֣ן הַבָּ֑יִת וַיִּקְרָ֗א אֶל הָאִישׁ֙ הַלָּבֻ֣שׁ הַבַּדִּ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֛ר קֶ֥סֶת הַסֹּפֵ֖ר בְּמָתְנָֽיו

and glory of · God(s) of · Israel · to go up · from upon · the cherub · which · to be · upon him · to · threshold of · the house · and to call · to · the man · the clothed · the linen · which · inkpot of · the scribe · in/at loins his

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָה֙ אלו אֵלָ֔יו עֲבֹר֙ בְּת֣וֹךְ הָעִ֔יר בְּת֖וֹךְ יְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑ם וְהִתְוִ֨יתָ תָּ֜ו עַל מִצְח֣וֹת הָאֲנָשִׁ֗ים הַנֶּֽאֱנָחִים֙ וְהַנֶּ֣אֱנָקִ֔ים עַ֚ל כָּל הַתּ֣וֹעֵב֔וֹת הַֽנַּעֲשׂ֖וֹת בְּתוֹכָֽהּ

and to say · LORD · to him · to him · pass over · in/at midst of · the city · in/at midst of · Jerusalem · and to mark · mark · upon · foreheads of · the men · the groaned · and the cried · upon · all of · the abominations · the done · in/at midst her

וּלְאֵ֨לֶּה֙ אָמַ֣ר בְּאָזְנַ֔י עִבְר֥וּ בָעִ֛יר אַחֲרָ֖יו וְהַכּ֑וּ על אַל תָּחֹ֥ס עיניכם עֵינְכֶ֖ם וְאַל תַּחְמֹֽלוּ

and to/for these · to say · in/at ears my · pass over · in/at the city · after him · and strike · upon · not · to pity · eyes your · eye your · and not · to spare

זָקֵ֡ן בָּח֣וּר וּבְתוּלָה֩ וְטַ֨ף וְנָשִׁ֜ים תַּהַרְג֣וּ לְמַשְׁחִ֗ית וְעַל כָּל אִ֨ישׁ אֲשֶׁר עָלָ֤יו הַתָּו֙ אַל תִּגַּ֔שׁוּ וּמִמִּקְדָּשִׁ֖י תָּחֵ֑לּוּ וַיָּחֵ֨לּוּ֙ בָּאֲנָשִׁ֣ים הַזְּקֵנִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֖ר לִפְנֵ֥י הַבָּֽיִת

old · young man · and virgin · and little children · and women · to kill · to/for destruction · and upon · all of · man · which · upon him · the mark · not · to approach · and from sanctuary my · to profane · and to profane · in/at the men · the old · which · to/for face(s) of · the house

וַיֹּ֨אמֶר אֲלֵיהֶ֜ם טַמְּא֣וּ אֶת הַבַּ֗יִת וּמַלְא֧וּ אֶת הַחֲצֵר֛וֹת חֲלָלִ֖ים צֵ֑אוּ וְיָצְא֖וּ וְהִכּ֥וּ בָעִֽיר

and to say · to them · be unclean · - · the house · and fill · - · the courts · slain · go out · and to go out · and to strike · in/at the city

וַֽיְהִי֙ כְּהַכּוֹתָ֔ם וְנֵֽאשֲׁאַ֖ר אָ֑נִי וָאֶפְּלָ֨ה עַל פָּנַ֜י וָאֶזְעַ֗ק וָֽאֹמַר֙ אֲהָהּ֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה הֲמַשְׁחִ֣ית אַתָּ֗ה אֵ֚ת כָּל שְׁאֵרִ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל בְּשָׁפְכְּךָ֥ אֶת חֲמָתְךָ֖ עַל יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם

and to be · like/as to strike them · and remained · I · and to fall · upon · face(s) my · and to cry out · and to say · alas · Lord my · LORD · destroying · you · - · all of · remnant of · Israel · in/at to pour you · - · wrath your · upon · Jerusalem

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֗י עֲוֺ֨ן בֵּֽית יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל וִֽיהוּדָה֙ גָּדוֹל֙ בִּמְאֹ֣ד מְאֹ֔ד וַתִּמָּלֵ֤א הָאָ֨רֶץ֙ דָּמִ֔ים וְהָעִ֖יר מָלְאָ֣ה מֻטֶּ֑ה כִּ֣י אָמְר֗וּ עָזַ֤ב יְהוָה֙ אֶת הָאָ֔רֶץ וְאֵ֥ין יְהוָ֖ה רֹאֶֽה

and to say · to me · iniquity of · house of · Israel · and Judah · great · in/at exceedingly · exceedingly · and to fill · the land · blood · and the city · to fill · perversion · that · to say · to leave · LORD · - · the land · and nothing · LORD · seeing

וְגַ֨ם אֲנִ֔י לֹא תָח֥וֹס עֵינִ֖י וְלֹ֣א אֶחְמֹ֑ל דַּרְכָּ֖ם בְּרֹאשָׁ֥ם נָתָֽתִּי

and also · I · not · to pity · eye my · and not · to spare · way their · in/at head their · to give

וְהִנֵּ֞ה הָאִ֣ישׁ לְבֻ֣שׁ הַבַּדִּ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֤ר הַקֶּ֨סֶת֙ בְּמָתְנָ֔יו מֵשִׁ֥יב דָּבָ֖ר לֵאמֹ֑ר עָשִׂ֕יתִי כאשר כְּכֹ֖ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר צִוִּיתָֽנִי

and behold · the man · clothing · the linen · which · the inkpot · in/at loins his · returning · word · to say · to do · like/as which · like/as all · which · to command me
